Project Manager

Role Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the client onboarding and integration lifecycle - from kick off to UAT to go-live.

- Coordinate across internal products, business, tech and external client/vendor teams.

- Track and manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and escalation paths.

- Review and validate API specifications, payloads and system behaviours to ensure accurate implementation.

- Prepare and maintain documentation - project plans, SoWs, integration guides, UAT scripts.

- Conduct status calls, steer reviews and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.

- Provide first-line resolution support during any integrations or go-live phases.

What Were Looking For :

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication flows (OAuth, token), data mapping and financial system behaviours.

- Familiarity with financial protocols (NACH, UPI, BBPS, IMPS, RTGS) and corporate banking integration patterns.

- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Postman, Swagger and project trackers.

- Exceptional coordination and client communication skillsverbal, written and structured.

- Ability to lead multiple concurrent integrations and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Bonus Points For :

- Prior experience integrating with banks or large NBFCs.

- Exposure to enterprise ERP/API systems like SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.

- Familiarity with Indian regulatory bodies and API standards (e.g., NPCI, RBI APIs, CKYC, DEPA).
