About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Customer Success Team, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV/BC). The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations, driving customer success, and ensuring end-to-end delivery excellence. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while aligning business processes with technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.

- Define project governance, structure, and reporting mechanisms while driving project execution.

- Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and assign resources effectively.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement :

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

- Conduct requirement workshops, document business processes, and identify functional/technical gaps.

- Provide strategic guidance to clients on business process optimization and ERP best practices.

Technical & Functional Alignment :

- Collaborate closely with technical consultants to design, configure, and implement solutions tailored to client needs.

- Ensure smooth data migration, validation, and reconciliation between legacy systems and Dynamics NAV/BC.

- Monitor integrations with connected applications (CRM, Power Platform, Azure services, etc.).

Risk & Change Management :

- Identify risks proactively, develop mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall as applicable).

- Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and impact analysis while maintaining project health.

Team Management & Development :

- Mentor and guide functional/technical consultants within the team to enhance delivery capabilities.

- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure all project documentation, user training, and knowledge transfers are completed effectively.

Required Skillset :

- Experience : 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics applications with at least 5 successful end-to-end implementation cycles.

- Functional Expertise : Strong knowledge in one or more core ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.) with cross-module exposure.

- Business Acumen : Ability to understand, document, and optimize business processes from a client perspective.

- Implementation Expertise : Proven experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, UAT management, and data migration.

- Project Management : Strong command of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum), resource planning, and risk management.

- Technical Coordination : Ability to work closely with developers, architects, and integration specialists.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and stakeholder reporting.

- Flexibility : Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
