1. Required Skill And Experience :
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of project management or PMO experience, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, etc.).
- Proven track record managing HR technology projects and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced skills in Google Slides, including visual storytelling, data visualization, and custom template creation.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to executive stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in managing complex tasks.
- Lead the PMO function for Oracle HCM implementation and enhancement projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure consistent project governance, risk management, and issue resolution processes.
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendor teams to align on priorities, scope, and deliverables.

What You'll Do :
Lead PMO Function : Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) function specifically for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring successful delivery and strategic alignment.
Project Planning & Reporting : Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports. You'll facilitate regular project meetings, steering committees, and provide clear, concise updates to executive stakeholders.
Governance & Risk Management : Establish and ensure consistent project governance, robust risk management, and efficient issue resolution processes across all Oracle HCM initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner closely with HR, IT, and vendor teams to align on priorities, scope, and deliverables, fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
Dependency Management : Proactively track and manage cross-functional dependencies and milestones, ensuring seamless project progression.
Executive Communication : Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards using Google Slides, focusing on professional design, impactful storytelling, and effective data visualization.
Documentation & Standards : Maintain comprehensive PMO documentation, including RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), resource tracking, and financials. You'll also ensure adherence to PMO best practices, standards, and methodologies.
Change Management Support : Support change management and adoption strategies specifically related to Oracle HCM Cloud, helping users transition smoothly to new systems and processes.
