Project Management Lead - Infrastructure Applications

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Transformation professional to lead enterprise-scale Infrastructure Application Projects across Identity, Messaging, Endpoint, and Collaboration platforms.

- This role combines :

i. Infrastructure Project Management

ii. Cybersecurity Platform Understanding

iii. Enterprise Operations

iv. Automation & AIOps Transformation

- The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing large-scale Microsoft infrastructure ecosystems along with exposure to IAM, endpoint management, email security, automation, and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure application projects

- Manage enterprise platforms across :

i. Microsoft 365

ii. Exchange

iii. Active Directory

iv. IAM/PAM

v. SCCM

vi. Intune

- Drive infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives

- Implement automation, orchestration, and AIOps capabilities

- Manage operational governance, SLAs, escalations, and service improvements

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, OEMs, and service vendors

- Ensure high availability and operational resilience of critical infrastructure services

- Participate in architecture reviews, solution design, and technology evaluations

- Drive process standardization, documentation, and operational maturity
