About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead with a unique blend of .NET technical expertise and project management leadership. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership and Management :

- Lead multiple .NET projects from planning to delivery.

- Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

- Ensure on-time delivery with adherence to quality standards.

- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

- Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide architectural and design guidance in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API,SQL Server.

- Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.

- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (preferably Azure).

- Review code, mentor developers, and set coding standards.

Team and Stakeholder Management :

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering continuous improvement.

- Communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.

- Ensure business requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3+ years in software development, with 1+ years in leadership/project management.

Strong technical expertise in :

- C#, ASP.NET Core / MVC

- Web API, REST, Microservices

- SQL Server

- Basic frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Angular/React preferred)

- Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Security)

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in BFSI.
