Job Title : Project Lead - IT Operations


Location : Mumbai, India


Work Mode : Work from Office


Experience : 7+ years


Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage the IT operations team for the AMC business domain.


- Oversee the performance, security, and scalability of Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle databases.


- Ensure adherence to security compliance and regulatory standards.


- Coordinate with stakeholders to align IT operations with business requirements.


- Provide strategic guidance and technical oversight to SMEs and L2 engineers.


- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.


- Oversee the management and optimization of Unix systems, OpenShift platforms, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.


- Automate deployment and scaling processes for Kubernetes clusters and applications.


- Perform configuration management and disaster recovery.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Kubernetes and associated environments.


- Optimize RabbitMQ and Kafka configurations for performance, reliability, and scalability.


- Monitor RabbitMQ and Kafka performance to ensure uninterrupted data flow, enhancing operational efficiency.


- Provide domain expertise in financial IT operations, addressing challenges like transaction security, compliance, and high-availability systems critical to AMC operations.


- Ensure operational alignment with industry-specific needs such as regulatory reporting, transaction processing, and audits.


- Possess in-depth knowledge of payment gateways, RBI norms, SEBI regulations, NSE/BSE operations, KYC norms, government regulations, and financial reporting practices.


- Coordinate with service providers and provide operational support during audits.


Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.) or MCA, with a strong academic record.


- 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with significant exposure to the finance domain.


- In-depth expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Grafana, and Prometheus
