We are looking for a skilled Project Lead with a proficient full-stack development background and experience in managing product-based projects.

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in project or team leadership, with solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum.

You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, guide the development team, and ensure high-quality, timely releases.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project execution for product-based development.

- Manage project planning, timelines, sprint execution, and delivery.

- Conduct Agile/Scrum ceremonies daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Design, and Product).

- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure clarity for the team.

- Provide technical guidance to the full-stack development team when needed.

- Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality standards.

- Communicate project progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.

- Ensure all deliverables meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.

- Manage resource allocation, task assignments, and team performance tracking.

- Identify process improvements and contribute to team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of overall experience in software development.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as Project Lead / Project Manager.

- Proficient full-stack development background (e.g., Node.js, React.js, Angular, .NET, Java, SQL/NoSQL).

- Experience working on product-based applications (not only service projects).

- Proven experience in managing medium to large teams.

- Hands-on experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies.

- Proficiency in Git, project tracking tools (Jira/Trello), and CI/CD workflows.

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong problem-solving skills.
