Description :

- Validate specifications of features and enhancements, so that cohesiveness of the product is maintained

- Assign tasks to team members and follow-up implementation activities until tasks are completed effectively

- Ensure that features are implemented as per the specification

- Ensure that test data is prepared to validate the features as per the functional requirements of the product

- Coordinate QA activities around the features being implemented

- Ensure that team members understand the specification and have conducted impact analysis

- Coordinate all the activities of the team - coding, test data preparation, unit testing, feature level testing, integration testing, regression testing and so on

- Report project progress on periodic basis to all relevant stakeholders. Also highlight any risks and delays during project meetings

- Support deployment teams during installation of the product at various locations and provide clarifications on features to client-facing teams

- Ideally, the candidate should have experience in product development, understand product development life cycle and should have delivered at least one product successfully

- Excellent written and oral communication skills and should be team player
