About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead and manage large-scale IT projects involving Infrastructure and Application domains. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, stakeholder handling capability, and proven experience delivering complex IT initiatives in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project delivery across Infrastructure and Application tracks.

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

- Drive project governance, reporting, and compliance with PMO standards.

- Ensure timely execution of project milestones and deliverables.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation plans.

- Oversee documentation, process adherence, and quality control.

- Manage large teams and ensure effective utilization of resources.

- Conduct periodic reviews, provide status updates, and escalate critical issues when required.

- Support transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Computer Science; MBA preferred.

- PMP certification is mandatory.

- Strong experience in IT Infrastructure, Application Management, and enterprise-level project execution.

- Proven track record as a Project Manager / Program Manager in large IT organizations.

- Excellent understanding of project management tools and methodologies.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with tight timelines.

Preferred Industry Background :

- Candidates who have worked with Wipro, HCL, TCS, or similar Tier-1 IT service companies.

- Experience handling government, public sector, or large enterprise projects is a plus.
