Job Description

Responsibilities :


- Work closely with internal teams to track, document, and communicate project progress.


- Maintain updated sprint trackers, dashboards, and reports in tools like Jira or Asana.


- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables and escalate blockers when needed.


- Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and executing sprints.


- Closely work with design, development, QA, and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination.


- Prepare and circulate progress updates and risk reports regularly.


- Maintain all project documentation, task lists, and status boards for visibility.


- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and leadership.


- Ensure that project progress is accurately tracked, mapped, and aligned with timelines and goals.


Requirements :


- Have 2 to 4 years of experience coordinating projects in a tech or product-driven environment.


- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum execution and sprint tracking.


- Excellent at coordinating across teams, ensuring progress is tracked, mapped, and communicated effectively.


- Possess strong organisational and analytical skills to identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early.


- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.


- A strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.


- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or operations.
