- Drive technical best practices and ensure the successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional HCM programs.

Oracle HCM Cloud Architecture & Solutions :

- Utilize hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS architecture, specifically for HCM Cloud, encompassing Data Migration, Integrations, Reporting, and Extensions.

- Apply strong expertise in Oracle HCM Applications technology, demonstrating deep functional and technical knowledge across modules.

- Develop and manage complex inbound/outbound integrations, reports, and customizations within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Integration & Technical Proficiency :

- Be proficient in integration tools and platforms, with a strong preference for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Possess in-depth knowledge of workflows, security protocols, and various integration patterns within the Oracle ecosystem.

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of technical concepts and best practices within Oracle SaaS HCM modules.

Stakeholder Management & Best Practices :

- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define requirements, provide solutions, and ensure project success.

- Ensure all technical solutions adhere to Oracle best practices and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 5+ years of experience, including at least one full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

Program Management : Proven track record as a Technical Program Manager or a similar leadership role specifically for Oracle HCM upgrades or implementations.

Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS architecture, covering Data Migration, Integrations, Reporting, and Extensions for HCM Cloud.

- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Applications technology with deep functional and technical knowledge.

- Expertise in developing and managing inbound/outbound integrations, reports, and customizations within Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Integration Tools : Proficient in integration tools and platforms, preferably Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), with knowledge of workflows, security, and integration patterns.

- Technical Acumen : In-depth understanding of technical concepts and best practices within Oracle SaaS HCM modules.

Certifications (Highly Preferred) : PMP or Agile certification is highly preferred.
