About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced IAM SSO Program Manager to lead a high-impact project focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) migrations. You will act as the critical liaison between the engineering team and application stakeholders, ensuring successful and timely delivery of the carveout program.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary interface between the SSO engineering/migration teams and application owners.

- Drive discovery and assessment activities for SSO-integrated applications.

- Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

- Take full ownership of the program lifecycle from planning to execution ensuring all in-scope applications are successfully migrated.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment among stakeholders, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Proven experience managing IAM/SSO projects or programs.

- Hands-on knowledge of SSO tools such as Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity, or similar.

- Strong project/program management skills with a track record of leading large-scale technical migrations or carveouts.

- Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and risk management skills.
