Experience : 20+ Years

Certifications : PMP or equivalent mandatory

Government project experience is a MUST

Key Expertise Required :

- Strong background in large-scale enterprise and e-governance architectures

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms : NIC Cloud/MeghRaj, AWS, Azure

- Expertise in microservices, API gateways, ESB, data integration, DevOps, and cybersecurity frameworks

- Proficiency with project & quality management tools :

1. JIRA, MS Project

2. Power BI, Tableau

3. ITSM tools

- Familiarity with industry standards/frameworks :

i. CMMI, ISO 27001, ITIL, CERT-In

ii. Security & compliance audit ecosystems
