Program Manager - GIS

Job Title : IGA Program Manager Identity Governance and Administration (Global IT Security) (Remote)

About the Role :

This is a hands-on program management role with a strong focus on transforming our current waterfall program management approach to an agile framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a multi-year IGA program plan, leveraging real-time reporting capabilities using JIRA, and ensuring effective governance throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop a comprehensive multi-year program plan for IGA upon onboarding.

- Serve as a seasoned Program Manager, adept at engaging and communicating with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.

- Establish and implement appropriate governance frameworks and utilize the right tools to manage complex programs effectively.

- Facilitate the transition from traditional waterfall project management methodologies to agile practices.

- Create and manage agile artifacts such as burn-down charts, and ensure effective use of JIRA for program tracking and real-time reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program objectives and drive successful delivery.

- Provide hands-on support and guidance to teams to ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

- Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans proactively.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven expertise as a Program Manager (not just project manager), with demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership.

- Hands-on experience establishing governance frameworks and implementing tools for complex programs.

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies with experience in creating burn-down charts

and managing programs using JIRA.

- Experience driving organizational change and transitioning programs from waterfall to agile

methodologies.

- Familiarity with IT Security concepts, particularly around identity management (IGA), is beneficial but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work remotely and immediately join the team.
