Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Architect who will act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for a US-based client. The role requires strong architectural expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across distributed teams. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing DevOps and cloud solutions while aligning with client expectations and business objectives.

Work Timings :

Morning Shift : 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (IST)

Evening Shift : 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM (IST)

(Availability during US working hours is mandatory.)

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary POC for the US client, managing technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution alignment

- Gather client requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure timely delivery

- Coordinate with internal engineering, DevOps, and security teams to meet client expectations

- Design and define end-to-end DevOps and cloud architecture aligned with business and scalability needs

- Establish DevOps best practices, standards, and governance frameworks

- Define and oversee CI/CD strategies, deployment models, and automation pipelines

- Architect and manage solutions on AWS / Azure / GCP

- Design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent tools

- Architect containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes

- Ensure system reliability, scalability, performance, and cost optimization

- Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)

- Implement IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance practices

- Ensure adherence to security and operational best practices

- Design monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions

- Establish SLAs, SLOs, and incident management processes

- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering

- Proven experience in a DevOps Architect or Lead role

- Strong expertise in AWS

- Should have good experience in Python

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes

- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

- Experience working directly with US clients in a POC or customer-facing role

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
