Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong understanding of Kubernetes-based DevOps architecture and proven experience designing scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate should balance technical depth with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive DevOps excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and oversee DevOps architecture leveraging Kubernetes (EKS) and related ecosystem tools.

- Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for CI/CD automation and environment consistency.

- Define and manage RBAC via IAM policies, ensuring secure access control and compliance.

- Configure and maintain Gatekeeper (OPA) for enforcing governance and policy-based validations.

- Plan and implement security groups, network policies, and ingress/egress rules to ensure environment isolation and data protection.

- Architect and document Hub-and-Spoke networking models for secure and scalable multi-cluster/multi-account setups.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineering leads, and clients to align technical delivery with business objectives.

- Ensure timely project updates, sprint progress, and delivery through structured communication and disciplined execution.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, and ArgoCD.

- Experience implementing OPA Gatekeeper for policy enforcement.

- Deep understanding of AWS IAM, RBAC, and network security (VPC, SGs, NACLs).

- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and infrastructure automation.

- Experience with Kubernetes Gateway API (K-Gateway) or ingress solutions like NGINX/Traefik.

- Understanding of Hub-and-Spoke architecture for cloud networking.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage teams, conduct daily standups, and report project progress effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS Certified (Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer) is a plus.

- Prior experience leading DevOps transformation programs or infrastructure modernization initiatives.

- Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
