Roles & Responsibilities :

Technical Oversight : Provide technical expertise in automotive systems, including embedded software, and industry-specific software like Battery Management System, Vehicle Control Unit, Motor Control Unit and Telematics Control Unit.

Strategic Alignment : Ensure program objectives and activities align with the organization's overarching mission, vision, and strategic direction.

Project Coordination : Oversee and coordinate multiple projects within a program, managing their interdependencies and ensuring synergistic efforts.

Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing communication to ensure transparency and address issues.

Financial Management : Develop and manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial goals are met.

Risk Management : Identify potential program risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring proactive issue resolution.

Performance Monitoring : Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators, and produce timely reports for stakeholders.

Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and manage diverse project teams with various talents and responsibilities.

Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and outcomes.

Reporting : Track project progress, perform scrum meetings, ensure key milestones are met.
