About the Role :

We are seeking an exceptionally talented, driven, and organized Program Manager to join our team at the heart of the travel business. This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter who thrives in managing large, complex implementation programs and working closely with global customers.

As a Program Manager, you will lead the implementation of mission-critical products and service offerings for a leading multi-brand cruise line, ensuring strategic, operational, and delivery excellence across the program lifecycle.

Purpose of the Role :

- Oversee end-to-end implementation of multiple, mission-critical products and services for a global cruise line customer

- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer on all matters related to program execution and delivery

Key Responsibilities :

Program & Delivery Management :

- Create and maintain detailed program and project plans across multiple parallel implementations

- Monitor progress to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved

- Establish and maintain program governance, controls, and reporting mechanisms

- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking

Stakeholder & Governance Management :

- Lead program governance and steering committee meetings on behalf of our Organisation

- Serve as the customer-facing leader for execution-related discussions

- Manage and align stakeholders across customers, internal product teams, and implementation partners

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management :

- Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and issues proactively

- Coordinate interdependencies across projects and programs within the portfolio

- Escalate and resolve issues that may impact timelines, scope, quality, or revenue commitments

Leadership & Execution :

- Provide guidance to implementation and product teams based on customer inputs

- Ensure delivery aligns with broader business and strategic objectives

- Drive continuous improvement in program execution and delivery practices

Candidate Profile :

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration

- 10+ years of experience in program/project management

- Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-geography implementations

- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies, including Agile

- Experience managing projects across the full lifecycle (initiation to closure)

- Demonstrated ability to deliver programs on scope, on time, and within budget

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred / Added Advantage :

- Experience in the Travel or Cruise Industry

- Familiarity with enterprise product or platform implementations

- Experience working with global customers and distributed teams
