Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Instrumental in resource allocation, working closely with team leads and stakeholders to ensure that the right resources are assigned to the right tasks at the right time.

- Optimize resource utilization to ensure that project goals are met efficiently.

- Coordinate and guide multiple teams, including engineering, UI/UX/CX, product management, data science, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment toward project goals.


Project Delivery :


- Ensure all teams are aligned to business objectives and project deliverables, maintaining focus on timelines, scope, and quality.

- Act as the central point of contact for teams to resolve conflicts and guide them toward consensus.


Leadership and Collaboration :


- Lead daily stand-up meetings to maintain momentum, track progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure all team members are on the same page.

- Work closely with the team to gather detailed business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable plans for development teams.


Agile Methodologies and Project Execution :


- Lead projects using Agile methodologies and the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), ensuring teams follow best practices and adapt as needed to scale and execute large, multi-team projects effectively.

- Partner with UI/UX and other CX teams to ensure user-centric designs are integrated into the development process, balancing technical requirements with customer experience goals.


Data-Driven Solutions :


- Work with data science teams to integrate machine learning models, analytics, and real-time data solutions into project deliverables.


Risk Management and Communication :


- Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively create mitigation plans to keep projects on track, and ensure timely delivery.

- Regularly update senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.


Team Growth and Development :


- Mentor junior program management staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

- Provide guidance and support to ensure team members' growth.


Post-Project Reviews and Retrospectives :


- Conduct post-project reviews and retrospectives, capturing lessons learned, identifying areas for improvement, and incorporating those insights into future projects.


Reporting and Analytics :


- Create and maintain weekly and monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for senior leadership, tracking key project metrics, milestones, risks, and overall program health.


Requirements :


- Proven experience in program management, successfully overseeing complex projects from requirement gathering to delivery, particularly in near real-time systems (apps, website, cloud, web portals, etc.) and Enterprise Systems (ERP, DMS, CRM, PDP, etc.


- Custodian of time, cost, and quality, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality standards.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- PMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Scrum Master certifications are a plus
