Program Manager - Agentic AI

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & AI Adoption :

- Define and execute an enterprise-wide Agentic AI and Generative AI strategy aligned with business goals

- Identify high-impact use cases for automation, optimization, and intelligent workflows

- Drive roadmap planning for AI adoption across business units

Program & Operational Leadership :

- Lead end-to-end program delivery for AI initiatives across multiple teams

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and IT stakeholders

- Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets

Change Management & Enablement :

- Drive AI adoption through structured change management initiatives

- Develop training programs, playbooks, and internal frameworks

- Foster a culture of AI literacy and innovation across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong understanding of :

- Agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows

- Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science

Hands-on or working knowledge of :

- Python and AI/ML ecosystems

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Enterprise architecture principles

- Familiarity with modern AI tools such as Devin AI, Cursor AI, or similar developer-assist platforms
