Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage and deliver multiple technology projects and initiatives across engineering and digital teams. The role requires strong ownership of end-to-end program execution, stakeholder coordination, delivery governance, and risk management in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of technology programs comprising multiple interdependent projects.

- Define program scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.

- Coordinate with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, and proactively implement mitigation plans.

- Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives.

- Establish and enforce delivery governance, reporting standards, and review mechanisms.

- Manage program-level budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.

- Drive effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients through regular status updates and reviews.

- Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of program deliverables.

- Mentor project managers and delivery teams on best practices in program execution.

- Continuously improve program management processes, tools, and metrics.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.

- 7+ years of experience in project or program management within technology or IT services environments.

- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project technology programs.

Technical & Functional Skills :

- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technology delivery models.

- Hands-on experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed technical teams.

- Strong expertise in risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery governance.

- Experience using program and project management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.

Preferred / Good to Have :

- Program or Project Management certifications.

- Experience managing digital transformation, cloud, data, or engineering programs.

- Exposure to client-facing program delivery and enterprise-scale implementations.
