Job Description

Job Summary :

- Analyze business performance, operating models, and market conditions to guide decision-making.

- Research industry trends and competitor activities to deliver actionable insights.

- Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities.

- Understand requirements, design relevant analyses, and provide strategic recommendations.

- Work with large datasets to uncover trends and enable data-driven decisions.

- Contribute to improving product offerings and market penetration strategies.

- Assess and optimize processes for better efficiency.

- Support due diligence and integration efforts for collaborations.

- Track, measure, and report progress on strategic initiatives, highlighting achievements and learnings.

Candidate Requirements :

- Experience: 3-5 years in strategy, consulting, program management, or business analysis.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Skills :

1. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

2. Experience in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.

3. Strong research and financial modelling capabilities.

- Mindset: Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Must-Haves :

- Candidate should have 0 to 1 strategy experience

- Candidate should have Strong research and financial modelling capabilities.

- Candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Candidate must have proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools.

- Preferred candidate should be from AdTech or Media industry.

- Candidate must have 3+ years of proven experience in driving data-backed strategic initiatives and supporting leadership decision-making.

- Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in Strategy, Program Management, Consulting, or Business Analysis.

- Candidate must have solid experience in Program Management and Partnership Management.

- Candidate must have experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.

- Candidate must have the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects efficiently.
