Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager IT to lead and manage large-scale technology programs in the Corporate and Commercial Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking products, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and core banking systems, and will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring program delivery, and aligning technology initiatives with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale IT programs in Corporate and Commercial Banking.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives including lending platforms, cash management, trade finance, treasury, and payment systems.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define program goals, scope, roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics.

- Manage budgets, resources, risks, and timelines across multiple projects within the program.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (e.g., RBI, SWIFT, Basel, ISO).

- Work with vendors and technology partners for solution implementation and integration.

- Provide governance through status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder engagement.

- Promote Agile/Hybrid delivery models; drive consistent processes across teams.

- Identify and resolve dependencies, conflicts, or blockers across different work streams.

- Ensure effective communication with C-level stakeholders, business heads, and IT leadership.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15-20 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a Program Management role.

- Deep understanding of Corporate and Commercial Banking functions and technology stack.

- Proven experience delivering complex programs involving lending systems, cash & liquidity management, trade finance, or digital banking platforms.

- Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs with geographically distributed teams.

- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk management skills.

- Strong knowledge of tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certified.

- Prior experience working with major banks or financial institutions.

- Exposure to Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, or other banking solutions.

- Understanding of cloud migration or modernization initiatives (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Familiarity with API, microservices, and data integration strategies.

Educational Background :

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
