Role Overview :

As a Profisee MDM expert, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing Master Data Management solutions using the Profisee platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and development teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the enterprise. Your expertise will directly impact the organization's ability to make data-driven decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement MDM solutions using Profisee, aligning with business requirements and data governance policies.

- Develop and maintain data models, workflows, business rules, and matching/merging strategies within the Profisee platform to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to define data quality standards and implement data validation rules within Profisee.

- Integrate Profisee with various source systems and downstream applications, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and MDM team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, working with business users and IT teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Lead the development of comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials, to support the adoption and maintenance of the MDM solution.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing MDM solutions using the Profisee platform, including data modeling, workflow design, and business rule configuration.

- Proven ability to integrate Profisee with various source systems and downstream applications, utilizing APIs, ETL tools, and other integration technologies.

- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data security best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.

- 12-15 years of experience in data management, with a focus on Master Data Management and Profisee implementation.
