Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workato Developer to join our AI Solutions team. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI agentic solutions with autonomous, proactive, and adaptive capabilities. Ideal candidates will bring strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, system integration, and automation, along with solid solution architecture skills. Success in this position requires strong problem-solving abilities and effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and deploy agent-based AI solutions and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems on the Workato platform.

- Architect intelligent, scalable AI workflows for multi-agent collaboration and complex automation.

- Act as a technical solutions expert, working directly with customers to translate needs into robust AI-driven implementations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise IT frameworks

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves):

- 6+ years total IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on Workato development.

- Availability to work US night shifts consistently.

- Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, particularly with agent-based systems.

- Strong expertise in designing scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, and cloud/SaaS apps (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).

- 2-3 years of coding experience (Java/Python/Ruby).

- Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
