Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

- Manage and optimize databases including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Work with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, Lambda, Fargate, and Docker.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with a focus on reliability and performance.

- Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Review code, maintain coding standards, and contribute to system architecture decisions.

- Improve system scalability, performance, monitoring, and developer experience.

- Document technical solutions and share knowledge across teams.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of backend development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS cloud services.

- Experience building and scaling systems handling millions of requests per day.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with frontend technologies such as Vue.js or modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Exposure to high-growth SaaS or product-based startups.

- Experience with system design, scalability, and cloud-native architectures.
