Hiring Requirement: Java / JBoss Integration Support Engineers

Shift time: 6:30pm to 2:30am IST

Location: Remote

Role: Production Support Engineer - Java & Enterprise Integration

Experience: 4 - 8 years of relevant experience, with strong hands-on Java application support and JBoss middleware troubleshooting.

Mandatory technical skills:

- Strong Core Java and J2EE fundamentals.

- Hands-on experience with JBoss EAP or WildFly application servers.

- Experience troubleshooting production applications, deployments, JVM issues, thread dumps, heap dumps and application logs.

- Strong Linux/Unix commands and SQL; Oracle experience preferred.

- Experience with production incident management, root cause analysis and SLA-driven support.

- Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML and application connectivity.

Preferred integration skills:

- IBM MQ or another enterprise messaging platform.

- SFTP, file transfer, batch processing and file-based integrations.

- EDI, AS2/AS3, Axway B2Bi, IBM ITXA or Sterling Integrator.

- Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Nagios.

- Experience supporting enterprise integration platforms with multiple upstream and downstream systems.
