Our client is a leading Algo Trading firm specializing in Mid-Frequency Trading across global markets. As part of their rapid expansion, they are looking for a skilled Production Support Engineer to support their trading teams operating on US exchanges.

Location : Gurugram

Key Responsibilities :

- Watch and support trading systems to make sure they run smoothly in real time.

- Fix technical issues related to networks, databases, messages, and applications.

- Manage daily operations like deployments, upgrades, and system checks.

- Handle incidents and outages, work with engineering teams, and keep systems healthy.

- Improve reliability and processes by checking logs, preparing documentation, coordinating with teams, and suggesting better ways to work.

Key Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in production and application support, preferably in fintech or trading systems.

- Strong skills in Python and working with Linux/Unix systems.

- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure during trading hours.

- Comfortable working in US night shifts (8pm5am or 7pm4am).

- Early 2 months will be Work from office and then it will shift to Work from home.
