Job Description :

- 2-4 years of experience in Production Operations, particularly in managing production environments

- Proficient in using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, AOTS, BMC Remedy, etc.

- Effective soft skills & communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, and written

- Provide technical support to all stakeholders, T1 & T2 Teams.

- Should have a thorough understanding of general Tier 1 (T1) & Tier 2 (T2) responsibilities & hands-on exp over Development as well.

- Assist end users, the T2 team, and the development team with advanced troubleshooting for reported issues.

- Experience with monitoring tools and platforms like Kibana and ADX

- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Bash and Shell

- Strong understanding of Linux, IBM TWS, SQL, Azure Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks

What we'll need :

- Must have 2+ years of experience in production support and preferably working in 24-7 shift

- Must have basic incident management experience and be able to triage issues during critical incidents

- Experience in writing SQL queries, basic RDBMS experience, and core Java and HTML knowledge are a must.

- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Ready to provide on-call support and occasionally work over weekends to meet deadlines.
