Production Analyst - RPA

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Analyst / Process Owner / Workflow Coordinator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in automation, support operations, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RPA tools (preferably UiPath), strong exposure to ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Exposure to AI tools and bot monitoring/reporting dashboards is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and support RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.

- Coordinate workflow automation efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, participating in sprint

planning, scrums, and retrospectives.

- Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents via ServiceNow and JIRA within defined SLAs.

- Support bot performance monitoring and create dashboards using MI reporting tools.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of automated processes and workflows.

- Provide off-hour or flexible shift support based on business needs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with RPA tools : UiPath (preferred), Power Automate, Automation Anywhere.

- Experience working in IT Support teams with flexible or rotating shifts.

- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, and Agile delivery frameworks.

- Exposure to AI-based tools and technologies is a plus.

- Experience with MI (Management Information) reporting tools for bot performance tracking and dashboarding is an added advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working in large-scale automation projects or transformation initiatives.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
