Job Summary :

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Product to lead our product efforts in the wealth, fintech, and global financial services sectors. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a Founder Mindset who is obsessed with outcomes, not just outputs. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to build products that resonate with a global user base and are scalable, precise, and deeply user-centric. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to market dominance.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Product Leadership :

- Define and articulate the product north star across our core business verticals : wealth, fintech, and global financial services.

- Own the entire product lifecycle, from crafting Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to scaling them into market-leading solutions.

- Champion a customer-first approach, building products based on deep user understanding rather than vanity metrics.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering (Tech).

- Foster a culture of deep collaboration and a belief that product quality is a direct reflection of team culture.

Global Product Thinking :

- Develop and ship products for a diverse, global user base, with a specific focus on Global Indians across various geographies, currencies, and financial behaviors.

- Balance first-principle thinking with the ability to ship real-world products with precision and velocity.

Required Skills

Experience & Expertise :

- 9-14 years of total experience, with 8-15 years of experience building and scaling products in high-growth startups, fintechs, wealth-tech, or consumer tech.

- A strong portfolio of real products that have been scaled, not just individual features.

- Sharp intuition for fintech, consumer behavior, and UX excellence.

Leadership & Mindset :

- A Founder Mindset with a relentless focus on achieving outcomes.

- A passion for velocity and precision, delivering quickly without sacrificing quality.

- A belief in Craftsmanship, understanding that great products are designed, built, and felt.

- Experience with a Global Indian lens, demonstrating an understanding that spans across international borders.

Technical Leadership Skills :

Technology & Architecture Understanding :

- Ability to deeply understand the underlying technology, system architecture, and technical trade-offs required for building scalable fintech products.

- Experience defining product requirements for APIs, data models, and complex integrations.

Data-Driven Decision Making :

- Proficiency with data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform product strategy.

- Experience with A/B testing, user analytics, and other data-driven methods for product optimization.

Development Methodologies :

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

- Experience working closely with engineering teams to define sprints, manage backlogs, and ensure technical quality.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with HNI/UHNI, NRI, or other global financial service products.

- A strong ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on, day-to-day execution.

- Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing product teams.

- Experience in a highly regulated industry.
