Role Overview :
We are looking for a Product Support Engineer with strong Python coding and support experience. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting platform issues, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide technical and product support to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and platform-related issues
- Deliver professional customer support and timely resolutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams
- Assist with software functionality and operating system-related issues
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth issue resolution
Required Qualifications :
- Strong experience in technical support and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Python with hands-on coding experience
- Good understanding of operating systems and backend systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
Technical Skills :
Python : Core Python (data structures, decorators, generators, exception handling)
Frameworks : Django, Flask, or FastAPI (basic to intermediate)
Databases : SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), ORMs (SQLAlchemy / Django ORM)
Infrastructure : Linux/Unix commands, Docker, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Version Control : Git (branching, merging, pull requests)
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical users
- Patience and empathy while handling high-pressure support situations
