Role Summary :

We are looking for a Product Support Engineer with strong Python skills and application/production support experience. The role involves supporting backend applications, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth system operations.

Key Skills Required :

- Strong knowledge of Python (debugging, exception handling, data structures)

- Experience in Application / Production Support

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Django / Flask / FastAPI

- Good understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

- Familiarity with Linux commands and Docker basics

- Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD processes

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 application support for backend systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues

- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes

- Coordinate with engineering and product teams for issue resolution

- Monitor application performance and ensure system stability

- Support deployments and follow incident management processes

- Ensure timely resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction
