Description:

- Setup processes and documentation for the different workflows

- Provide feedback from customers and users to the core engineering team.

- Improve the performance of the applications

- Troubleshoot and fix production issues in a structured manner in a well-defined SLA.

- Independently analyze production data to diagnose and analyze discrepancies in systems.

Work towards the recovery and optimizations.

- Proactively automate manual tasks through scripting.

- Develop and own monitoring solutions for production and non-production applications and systems. Specially Database and Servers.

- Take care of the roster for the team.

- Good debugging skills and exposure to MySQL.

- Good hold in object-oriented programming concepts

- Programming experience in any language ( Java will be a plus).

- Working knowledge of microservice architecture is a plus

- Automation scripting. Python, Perl.

- Proven success in a fast-paced production environment.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Prior experience in e-commerce or web services domain will be a plus.
