Product Owner - Salesforce Healthcare/Health Cloud

Description :

- Act as the Product Owner for Salesforce-based healthcare/pharma solutions

- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from internal and external stakeholders

- Translate requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria

- Work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and business teams to ensure timely delivery

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies : backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Ensure solutions align with Healthcare / Health Cloud business workflows

- Collaborate with Salesforce teams to optimize platform capabilities

- Track delivery progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication and alignment

- Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives, compliance, and quality standards

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce

- Mandatory domain experience in Healthcare / Health Cloud / Pharma

- Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models

- Strong understanding of business workflows and system integrations

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud implementations

- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams

- Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulatory considerations
