Role Overview :

We are looking for a Product Owner with strong Salesforce expertise to drive partner ecosystem and customer engagement initiatives.

This role combines Product Ownership, Salesforce Administration, and PRM platform management (Impartner), along with exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and partners to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

- Expertise in managing and configuring the PRM platform (Impartner).

- Technical proficiency in enabling PRM processes (setup, workflows, data accuracy).

- Experience integrating and enabling third-party tools.

- Proven ability to drive portal adoption, manage onboarding and training, and ensure partner satisfaction.

- Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Salesforce Administrator experience.

- Proficiency with Excel, data loads, and creating mapping templates.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the configuration and management of the PRM platform (Impartner) to streamline partner relationship processes.

- Drive the enablement of PRM processes including setup, workflows, and ensuring data accuracy.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate and enable third-party tools that enhance platform functionalities.

- Develop strategies to drive portal adoption among partners, manage onboarding processes, and deliver training sessions to ensure partner satisfaction.

- Utilize Salesforce ecosystem expertise to optimize processes and improve user experience.

- Serve as a Salesforce Administrator, managing user permissions, data loads, and creating mapping templates using Excel.

- Prioritize and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring that all cases achieve intended results and recommend future projects for enhanced outcomes.

- Demonstrate leadership in managing complex projects across various workstreams and geographies, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.

- Maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and consistently deliver high-quality services.

- Present project prototypes and demos to business users, ensuring alignment with requirements.

- Track and report project status to clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and project transparency.

- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), which enhance the candidate's credibility and expertise in these pivotal areas.
