ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a Product Owner - Salesforce with strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and PRM platforms (Impartner). The role focuses on product strategy, partner enablement, and enterprise Salesforce delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Own and manage Salesforce product backlog using Agile methodologies

- Lead PRM (Impartner) configuration, workflows, and partner onboarding

- Drive partner portal adoption and training programs

- Act as Salesforce Administrator managing users, permissions, and data loads

- Enable Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and personalization

- Integrate third-party tools and present demos/prototypes

- Manage multiple workstreams and client engagements

- Track and report delivery status to stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Salesforce Administration and ecosystem expertise

- PRM platform experience (Impartner preferred)

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

- Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Excel, data loading expertise

- Strong communication and leadership skills

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS :

- Salesforce Certified Administrator

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
