Product Owner - Roadmap & Strategy

Role Overview :

As a Product Owner at Placregen, you will serve as the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution.

You will lead the product lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring that the engineering and design teams are aligned with the overarching product roadmap.

This role involves constant collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering leads, design teams, and executive leadership, to translate market needs into actionable features.

Your work will directly influence the products market positioning and user experience, ensuring that Placregen remains competitive in a fast-evolving digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal teams to ensure alignment with long-term business objectives.

- Manage the product backlog by prioritizing features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning to maintain high velocity and quality standards within the development team.

- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for iteration and feature enhancement.

- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

- Oversee the end-to-end product design process, ensuring that user-centric principles are integrated into every release.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex product lifecycles, with 12 to 18 years of professional experience in IT program and product management.

- Proven ability to translate high-level product strategy into granular, actionable technical requirements for engineering teams.

- Strong proficiency in product analytics, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions and measure success.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, with a track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Delhi NCR, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across distributed teams.
