Role and Responsibilities :

1. Drive the overall product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

3. Oversee the complete product development cycle-from concept to launch and scale-up-working closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

4. Champion a user-first approach to design, ensuring that all products are intuitive, accessible, and inclusive.

5. Collaborate with design teams to create seamless and engaging digital experiences that enhance user satisfaction.

6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve successful product outcomes.

7. Anticipate potential risks, address challenges proactively, and maintain delivery discipline across multiple workstreams.

8. Communicate product plans, updates, and priorities to ensure stakeholder alignment and shared ownership.
