Product Owner - Roadmap & Strategy

Role : Product owner

Key Responsibilities :

- Define Product Vision : Craft and communicate a clear roadmap for infrastructure and network automation aligned with business and tech strategy.

- Backlog Ownership : Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories; maintain a prioritized, groomed backlog.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with DevOps, network engineers, cloud architects, and security teams to align on deliverables.

- Agile Leadership : Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

- Quality & Compliance : Champion automation best practices, participate in code reviews, and support audits and risk assessments.

- Performance Tracking : Define KPIs, monitor adoption, and use data to guide product evolution.

Core Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong grasp of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Network Automation principles.

- Experience with Agile product delivery in DevOps or infrastructure domains.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

- Working knowledge of cloud-native networking, firewalls, and SDN.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Hands-on with Terraform, Ansible, Terra grunt.

- Understanding of network provisioning, SDN platforms, and cloud infrastructure.

- Background in scripting or software development (e.g. Python, Golang).

- Exposure to enterprise-scale hybrid cloud environments.

- Knowledge of Lean/Agile product development.
