Product Owner - Healthcare Domain

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product definition and delivery for applications in healthcare and finance. The ideal candidate will be a client-facing leader who can translate business goals into product features, drive user experience design, and guide end-to-end delivery with the development team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to define product strategy.

- Translate business needs into detailed requirements, wireframes, and user journeys.

- Define and maintain personas and ensure designs align with end-user needs.

- Own and prioritize the product backlog to balance client priorities and business goals.

- Partner with development teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.

- Validate releases through UAT and stakeholder feedback.

- Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure successful implementation.

- Bring domain expertise in healthcare and finance to ensure compliance and innovation.

- Drive adoption of data and AI/ML capabilities within products.

Qualifications :

- 5 to 8+ years of experience in product management or ownership.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

- Proven track record of delivering digital products in healthcare or finance.

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and product lifecycle management.

- Hands-on experience with UX/design tools and prototyping.

- Understanding of data workflows, analytics, and AI/ML integration.

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
