Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced Product Owners with strong Banking and BFSI domain expertise to lead end-to-end product delivery for large-scale digital and banking transformation initiatives.

The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery squads to drive impactful, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the Product Owner for banking platforms and digital initiatives.

- Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with business objectives.

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from BFSI stakeholders.

- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, and UX teams for seamless delivery.

- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, risk, security, and governance standards.

- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide product insights, progress updates, and strategic recommendations.

- Track product KPIs and continuously improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9+ years of overall experience with strong Product Owner exposure.

- Mandatory Banking / BFSI domain experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.

- In-depth understanding of banking products, digital channels, payments, lending, or core banking systems.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise banking programs.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

- Exposure to digital transformation, API-based banking, or cloud-enabled platforms.

- SAFe / Product Owner certifications are an added advantage.
