Position Overview :

We are seeking a Product Owner who operates at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of Agile delivery with a passion for AI-driven product enablement. This role involves defining the product vision, managing the backlog, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver intelligent, user-focused, and scalable digital solutions. Experience in CRM, AdTech, or Media platforms is highly preferred.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Partner with data science, engineering, and architecture teams to embed AI/ML capabilities within products.

- Evaluate AI use cases, define success metrics, and ensure ethical, impactful AI adoption.

- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical complexity, and feasibility.

- Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams using modern Agile practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders using Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Teams for transparent communication.

- Analyze product performance, feature adoption, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

- Champion Agile principles, experimentation, and iterative delivery.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and accessible product experiences.

- Understand architectural constraints, integration patterns, APIs, and data pipelines to make informed product decisions.

Education, Experience, and Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital or technology-driven environment.

- Proven experience in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, automation, and data-driven product design.

- Experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation management.

- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for coordination and collaboration.

- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or PMI-ACP are preferred.

- Experience in CRM, AdTech, or Media domains is a strong plus.

- Exposure to AI product delivery, prompt engineering, or AI solution scoping is desirable.

Additional Technical Skills (Preferred) :

- Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and API lifecycle management.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience working with data pipelines, ETL processes, or real-time data streaming (e.g., Kafka).

- Exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Power BI.

- Understanding of SQL and basic data modeling concepts to support data-driven decisions.

- Experience working with AI/ML toolchains (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, SageMaker) at a conceptual level.

- Familiarity with microservices architectures and modern web technologies.

- Experience integrating with CRM, AdTech, CMS, or marketing automation platforms.

- Ability to evaluate third-party vendors, SDKs, and integration tools.

- Understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data privacy.
