We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Owner to lead the end-to-end planning, development, and delivery of digital products across web and mobile platforms. As a key member of the product team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, engineers, Scrum Masters, and senior leadership to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure delivery of high-quality, customer-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs.

- Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear and prioritized product roadmap that provides transparency to all stakeholders.

- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities and define product enhancements.

- Create, refine, and manage a well-structured product backlog with clear priorities.

- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.

- Continuously groom the backlog in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for development.

- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing direction and clarifying requirements.

- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and product demos.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure features are technically feasible and aligned with architectural goals.

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive, user-centric designs that support product outcomes.

- Engage with business leaders, customers, and internal teams to gather requirements, validate ideas, and manage expectations.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights and vice versa.

- Provide regular updates on product progress, performance metrics, risks, and timelines.

- Ensure products meet quality standards through test planning, UAT involvement, and close coordination with QA teams.

- Analyze product performance using data analytics, customer feedback, and KPIs to drive iterative improvements.

- Champion continuous improvement across product development processes, supporting team efficiency and delivery effectiveness.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education & Core Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- 47 years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst within an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Proven experience managing full product lifecycles from discovery to launch and ongoing improvement.

Technical & Domain Expertise :

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product management methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello.

- Experience working on web and mobile products, with exposure to technical concepts, APIs, integration patterns, and architecture fundamentals.

- Familiarity with UX/UI principles, design thinking, wireframes, prototypes, and user research.

- Experience analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL (basic), or similar tools.

- Domain experience in fintech, SaaS, or energy/telecom price comparison platforms is highly preferred.
