Product Operation Analyst - Agile Methodologies

About the Role :

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist (or Agile Project Manager) to partner closely with our Product and Tech teams.

You will play a pivotal role in streamlining agile processes, maintaining tool integrations (Jira + Aha!), and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and optimize the Jira environment - workflows, permissions, automations, filters, dashboards

- Maintain Aha! product roadmap alignment and ensure seamless integration with Jira

- Track and manage sprint activities - backlog grooming, sprint health, and burn-down metrics

- Build operational dashboards and reports for leadership visibility

- Act as a backup Scrum Master and facilitate key Agile ceremonies

- Collaborate with Product, Tech, QA, and Design teams to streamline delivery and releases

- Standardize the way product and tech work is tracked, reported, and evolved

Must-Have Skills :

- 3-6 years of experience in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, or Product Operations roles

- Strong hands-on experience with Jira administration and sprint management

- Familiarity with Aha!, or the ability to quickly learn roadmap tools

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum rituals, and sprint reporting

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Expertise in Jira automation rules, custom workflows, and permission schemes

- Experience working in EdTech or high-growth SaaS startups

- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI for reporting
