Role Overview :
We are looking for an AI Agent Product Manager who will oversee the full lifecycle of AI Agent design, development, testing, and deployment for large consumer-facing businesses.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership-VPs and CXOs-to influence their AI adoption strategy, refine prompt logic, and collaborate with engineering teams to build high-impact features.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving intricate business challenges, crafting scalable AI-driven workflows, and building products that reach millions of end users.
Key Responsibilities :
- Spearhead the implementation of advanced Voice AI Agents for top global enterprises, ensuring the solutions become core to their customer communication processes.
- Create and refine enterprise-grade conversational agents by analyzing workflows, writing prompts, testing variations, and partnering with engineering to build stable systems capable of managing large call volumes.
- Work hands-on with customers to understand their goals, present tailored solutions, troubleshoot issues, and adapt AI agents to fit operational processes.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, helping them shape their AI transformation plans and ensuring deployments directly improve revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple enterprise implementations from start to finish-driving adoption, ensuring smooth rollouts, and supporting long-term success.
- Gather insights from live deployments and channel them back to Product and Engineering teams to influence features, remove bottlenecks, and enhance performance.
Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in AI solutioning, product management, strategy consulting, or solutions engineering-preferably in AI-first or automation-driven environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build products that scale and contribute to business growth (ARR, adoption metrics, customer engagement).
- Strong understanding of technical concepts with hands-on experience designing or improving AI agents, including prompt writing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, GA4, Firebase, Clevertap) to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with executive-level stakeholders.
- Comfort with dynamic, fast-paced environments where ambiguity is common and problem-solving is continuous.
- (Preferred) Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical fields.
