Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with strong experience in the fintech domain. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, customer-centric mindset, and hands-on execution ability. You will play a key role in driving product vision, strategy, and delivery in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define, own, and execute the product roadmap aligned with company objectives.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities and improve existing offerings.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver innovative fintech products.

- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

- Monitor product performance using data-driven insights and continuously refine product strategies.

- Stay updated with fintech trends, regulations, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Requirements :

- 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech or digital banking/payments/lending/wealth management.

- Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier-1 institute.

- Strong understanding of fintech ecosystem, regulatory frameworks, and customer behavior.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Prior experience in scaling fintech products.

- Knowledge of APIs, digital payments, or financial compliance.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
