Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will take ownership of product strategy, development, and delivery while leading cross-functional teams.

This role requires a combination of strategic vision, leadership skills, and hands-on execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product roadmap define vision, strategy, and execution plans.

- Lead cross-functional teams (development, design, and business stakeholders).

- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between management and teams.

- Drive end-to-end application development from concept to deployment.

- Translate business requirements into product features and prioritize development tasks.

- Ensure timely delivery, quality outputs, and alignment with business objectives.

- Mentor, guide, and motivate team members for professional growth.

- Generate regular performance and progress reports for management.

- Manage escalations and proactively resolve challenges.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of proven experience as both a Team Lead and Product Manager.

- Strong background in software/application development projects

- Experience in stock market or IT/software development industry.

- Hands-on experience with Django and AWS is required.

- Excellent understanding of product lifecycle, feature prioritization, and agile methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align them with organizational goals.

- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
