Responsibilities :
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle : ideation, development, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams for successful product delivery.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major features.
- Prioritize product features and backlog based on user impact, effort, and business value.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Requirements :
- 3- 5 years of product management experience in tech or product-driven companies.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making.
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Sound understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
- Technical background or understanding of APIs, software development, or user flows is a plus.
