About the Role :

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Product Manager to lead a team of high-performing individuals across the full product lifecyclefrom strategy and development to launch and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a strong product sense, be data-driven, and work cross-functionally to build product roadmaps and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals.

- Create and refine business models; analyze market trends and the competitive landscape.

- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.

- Develop and monitor KPIs and data-driven metrics to guide decision-making.

- Conduct product evaluations and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

- Mentor and guide team members, helping them meet individual and team goals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is preffered

- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting.

- Proven experience working on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

- Exposure to user research, A/B testing, or growth experiments.
